Timothy Balakumaran

Timothy is regarded as a first hand expert on Learning Sciences. His contributions started in the military, seconded as a private contractor, lead a team to design the develop the curriculum for basic military training soldiers. He role in KPMG thereafter allowed him to design a first of its kind competency branching structure that allowed new avenues to interactive learning.

Soon after, his role in Standard Chartered allowed him to implement new areas to enhance the learning effectiveness of employees through Ergonomics and adult learning behaviors. He finally found his calling with HP as the Chief Learning Architect of The APJ GSS Learning Academy where he extends new possibilities of learning through the infusion of technology, paving the way for new frontiers of a productive, competent and efficient workforce.
